At a youg age, I had the privilege of gaining my first gastronomic impressions in my father's restaurants. The passion for cooking developed very early on and grew in houses like the Bellevue Palace Bern and the Baur au Lac Zurich, where I was able to learn my craft. Through numerous further assignments in various restaurants and as a private chef, I was able to deepen my knowledge of classic Swiss cuisine, French Haute Cuisine and international trends.
