Choose one of our menus for your brunch, lunch, or dinner, or adjust it in consultation with us.
If required, we are happy to take care of the right wine accompaniment, a tasteful table decoration and an event space for your dining experience.

In order to achieve your personal goals on the topic of health, well-being and focus, we are happy to be at your disposal over a longer period of time. This involves both exquisite and healthy food. We work in close collaboration with experienced nutritionists for optimal results.

Juliette Bülowius

At a youg age, I had the privilege of gaining my first gastronomic impressions in my father's restaurants. The passion for cooking developed very early on and grew in houses like the Bellevue Palace Bern and the Baur au Lac Zurich, where I was able to learn my craft. Through numerous further assignments in various restaurants and as a private chef, I was able to deepen my knowledge of classic Swiss cuisine, French Haute Cuisine and international trends.

Janina Frankenhauser

At Switzerlands official state hotel, the Bellevue Palace Bern, where Janina Frankenhauser completed her training, perfect service is still taught the old school way. By attending the hotel management school Belevoirpark in Zurich and her professional experience as a restaurant manager, she developed a broad repertoire of gastronomic knowledge. She will be happy to assist you with your exclusive events.
