Juliette Bülowius

Even at a young age, I had the privilege of gaining my first gastronomic impressions in my father's various restaurants. My passion for cooking developed very early on and grew steadily in establishments such as the Bellevue Palace Bern and the Baur au Lac Zurich, where I was finally able to learn my trade.
Through numerous other assignments in various restaurants and as a private chef, I was able to deepen my knowledge of classic Swiss cuisine, French haute cuisine and international trends.

Janina Frankenhauser

At Switzerland's state hotel, the Bellevue Palace Bern, where Janina Frankenhauser completed her training, perfect service is still taught the old-fashioned way. By attending the Belevoirpark hotel management school in Zurich and gaining professional experience as a restaurant manager, Janina Frankenhauser developed a broad repertoire of gastronomic knowledge. She will be happy to assist you with your events.
